    Is there a fee for having a personal client manager?

    There is no membership or management fee for getting a personal client manager for your insurance. We don’t charge for personal service – this is a standard part of what we offer.

    Who will deal with me if my personal client manager is away?

    Our aim is to give you a continual and consistent service, but of course your PCM will be off from time to time. If your PCM is away, on leave or off for any other reason, then we will allocate another of our PCM team members to you in the interim.

    I want to move to the Norton personal client manager service. Do I have to wait until my policies are due for renewal?

    If you’d like a personal contact to take care of all your insurance needs and you’re not currently working with us, we can usually move you to our Norton service at any time in your policy.

    It is often possible to move broker partway through a policy: you would simply be appointing us to deal with your insurance on your behalf. Just email or call us to let us know that you’re interested, and we can arrange for you to speak with one of our friendly personal client managers.
